  RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our line of security, surveillance and counter-surveillance products, some items may be used once and no longer needed. For this reason, all sales are final. Defective items will be replaced by the same or higher value item, no refunds will be issued. If we do not have the item for replacement, a refund will be issued. We will not accept return merchandise without first getting authorization from us. 

A 25% restocking fee will be charged if we decide in advance to accept the item back, at our discretion. All products must be returned in their original boxes and intact.

Shipping Methods: We use USPS Priority Mail almost exclusively for shipping products. We will ship only to the credit card billing address, unless the ship-to address is on file with the credit card company.

Shipping Times: Once your order has shipped it will take approximately 4 to 6 days to arrive. Some items may not be available for immediate shipment.  Although shipping usually occurs within 7 to 10 days, it can sometimes take up to 14 days to ship, depending on the item's ordered.

Warranty: Most products carry their own warranty, usually one year. If within 90 days a product is defective due to workmanship or material we will repair/replace it  (at our option), as long as the product shows no evidence that it has been altered or misused. A copy of the invoice and a description of the defect must accompany the merchandise. Please see our Return Policy.

  WIRELESS TRANSMITTERS & RECEIVERS

2.4 GHz: 4 Channel transmitter. Approximately 2" x 2" x 1/2". No tuning required. We generally recommend 2.4 GHz over 434 MHz or 900 MHz, as the overall video quality is better. Range varies from 200' to 700' depending on environmental conditions. Operates on 12 Volts. These units are FCC approved.

434 MHz: Lower frequency amateur band. Amateur license is required to operate. Operates on one channel which is picked up directly by a television. You do not need a receiver. With a TV: set to channel 59, cable mode but remove actual cable from the input, and use a UHF antenna (high gain increases the range) ears to receive the signal. With a hand held TV: can be received on UHF band just below channel 14. Range can vary from 300-400 up to 1,000 feet. The range can vary depending on frequency interference and other environmental factors. Antenna is approximately 61/2 inches. Operates on 9 Volts.

900 MHz: Amateur band. Amateur license is required to operate. 4 channels available in the 900 band. The  signal goes to a dedicated receiver that is tuned from 902-930. Our standard transmitter is set at 916.5 MHz, but we also carry 3 other frequencies. Manual or automatic switching receiver. Range can vary from 200-700 feet or more depending on environmental conditions. Antenna is approximately 31/2 inches. Operates on 9 Volts.

FCC Approved: We carry several frequencies in the 900 MHz band that we have exclusive FCC approval on. Ask us about it.
